Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and deliver a premium shopping experience.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers through professional consultation and after-sales support.
• Recommend suitable jewellery pieces based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while upholding high service standards.
• Develop in-depth of product knowledge and effectively present the brand's craftsmanship and heritage.
• Handle customer enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups to foster repeat business.
• Support boutique operations, visual merchandising, and maintain showroom presentation.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Participate in marketing events, client engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and security standards.

Key Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with jewellery or luxury retail sales.
• Passionate about luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
